I dedicate this blog to my weight loss project, I kicked down the road for way too long. I'm going to abuse this to keep a kind of digital diary about my plans, my habits, and my feelings. To make a long story short: I just wanna be myself again.
Highest Weight: 308 lbs (140kg) - middle of 2011, I think
Lowest Weight: 165 lbs (75kg) - around 2008
Starting Weight: 257 lbs (116kg) - September 27, 2011
(Ultimate) Goal Weight I: 176 lbs (80kg)
Current Weight: 211 lbs (95kg) - march 24th, 2012
